How do I get keys?  Will someone meet me?  What is the check in process?
Guests will receive their keys (key cards) upon check in at the Beach Villas which is by appointment only.  The day before you arrive in Hawaii, our Property Manager will contact you to discuss the check in time as she will need to meet you at the Beach Villas. 
After going through the check in process at the front desk, our Property Manager will show you where your parking stall is located and then escort you to your villa for an orientation.

What time is check in and check out?  Is it possible to check in early?  Can I check out late?
Normal check in time is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM.  However, check in is still by appointment only.  If you are arriving early, we will do our best to accommodate an early check in.  If the unit is not available for an early check in, we can provide some options for you to pass the time.​

For late check out requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.  If we are able to, it will be subject to change at any time.

Is parking free or is there a charge?  How many parking stalls can I get?
Your villa will include at least 1 assigned parking stall; some units have 2.  If you need an additional stall, please let us know and we can request an additional one from the front desk.  Currently, these additional parking stalls are complimentary.

Do you have beach gear in the villa?
Yes!  Each of our villas includes beach towels, beach chairs, a couple of boogie boards, a cooler and some sand toys.  

What kitchen items are included in my villa?  Do you provide salt/pepper and spices?
Each villa’s kitchen includes cookware (pots/pans), food preparation tools, cooking and eating utensils, grilling items, baking items, dishes, drinkware (cups, glasses, wine glasses) as well as plastic dishes/drinkware for outdoor dining, coffee maker (no filters or coffee provided), blender, and rice cooker.

We don’t provide spices but there may be some left from when a previous guest purchased them.

Do you have extra linens and towels we can use?  Is there a washer and dryer in the unit?
Each of the beds in the villas will be freshly made with new linens.  Although there are no extra linens provided, there is a compact size washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.  

All 2 bedroom units will have 6 sets of bath towels (bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth) and all 3 bedroom units will have 8.  No extra towels are provided but you can launder them as often as you need with the washer and dryer in the unit.

Does the unit come with toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and detergent or do I have to supply my own?
We provide a “starter kit” of some cleaning products and paper goods (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels). Guests purchase more on their own as the starter kit is depleted.

Is there shampoo, conditioner and soap provided?
Each bathroom will have one set of single-use sized shampoo, conditioner and soap which is not replenished.  We recommend either bringing your own or you can purchase these items from a nearby store.

Where can I get groceries?  I’m arriving on a late flight ~ can I have groceries delivered to my villa?
There are several grocery and shopping stores about 10 minutes away from the Beach Villas including Costco, Walmart and Target.  Our Property Manager can provide you a list upon check in.  There is also a small grocer in Ko Olina Resort where you can grab some quick items.

Do you have a hair dryer in the villa?  What about an iron and ironing board?
Yes, we provide a hair dryer in each bathroom as well as an iron and ironing board.

Are all the amenities at Beach Villas available for guests?
All of our amenities on the property are available for our guests. Family pool, lap pool, all hot tubs, all BBQ grills, the fitness center, sauna/steam rooms and the pool bar.  Plus the live music is performed a couple of nights during the week!
